You can watch the video again before you
start to fill out the form and submit it.
MEASURE YOUR TOY HAULER
To build your custom bolt on in kit, we will need:
1. Completed measurement form.
2. Picture of the your toy hauler garage door CLOSED
3. Picture of the inside frame of your current garage door with the door OPEN.
Once your form is complete,
1. Email the 2 pictures
2. Email me the completed form.

(You can use your cell phone camera to take pictures of your completed form).
